My husband is the coolest guy I know. It was quite a shock when last year he was diagnosed with rectal cancer at the ripe age of 29. Since then we have been on an intense journey through the land of treatment. We have spent a lot of time in the windy city working with a team up there. We even left our lives in Arkansas and lived in my mother’s house for six weeks while Joseph went through radiation. He  has had multiple surgeries and multiple chemos. I am thrilled to report that he is doing great and has one last surgery coming up.

While we may never get over the shock of the illness, we are hoping finances can be mended and bills can be paid. Enter this project.
